RealTap acts as an intermediary between property developers and potential buyers. We do not own, develop, or sell properties directly. All property listings and information are provided by third-party developers.

• All property transactions are between the buyer and the developer
• We recommend conducting your own due diligence before making any purchase decision
• Site visits and property inspections are at your own risk
• We do not guarantee property appreciation or investment returns
